Job summary

Morson Edge in Sydney is seeking a Site Manager to lead commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from early planning through delivery. You will run day-to-day site operations, program delivery, and coordinate trades to ensure high-quality workmanship on projects valued from $1M upwards.

This role requires 3+ years of site management experience in a commercial builder or fitout and a trade background or construction degree.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in Site Management for a commercial builder or F&R builder.
Strong leadership & communication on site.
Trade background or Relevant Construction Degree.
Procore / OneBreadcrumb / Hammertech or similar software experience.
Experience on projects $1M+.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day site operations & program delivery
Lead subcontractors and drive quality workmanship
Maintain WHS&E + QA compliance and reporting
Coordinate services trades (electrical, mechanical, fire, etc.)
Build strong client & consultant relationships on site
