Job summary

HBS Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to lead high-profile commercial restoration and façade projects. You will oversee site establishment through to completion, coordinate trades, manage WHS, quality and program schedules.

This site-based role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering projects safely and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Foreman / Site Manager.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects in Sydney.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Understanding of WHS and quality requirements.
• Independent and takes ownership of projects.
• Strong and consistent work history.
• Good professional references.
• Experience in façade cladding, commercial restoration, remedial construction or renovation projects will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Day-to-day site management and project coordination.
• Maintain and enforce WHS requirements.
• Quality assurance and quality control.
• Project programming and scheduling.
• Manage variations and assist with commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality and safety.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
