Job summary

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Specialist Facades team on a major redevelopment project in Sydney CBD. You will lead on-site façade activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety and quality to align with programme.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will read drawings, manage resources, monitor progress and resolve interface issues to keep the project on track. White Card is essential and prior high-rise façade experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of façade installation methodologies and sequencing.
• Proven track record coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day façade installation activities on site.
• Lead subcontractors and site crews to deliver works to programme.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant, equipment and other site resources.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
