Job summary

Buildcorp's Remedial & Facade division seeks a Site/Area Supervisor to lead on remedial and facade works, delivering safe, high-quality construction on time. You will manage safety, coordination of trades, and oversee quality in occupied buildings across metropolitan Sydney.

You bring a strong safety record, ability to read drawings, and experience with remedial, facade or structural repair projects. Join a national builder with engineering-led leadership.

Qualifications

• Site supervision experience with a head contractor in remedial, facade, restoration or structural repair.
• Trade background in concreting, carpentry, waterproofing or similar.
• Ability to read and interrogate drawings, engineering details and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site safety per the Health, Safety and Environment Plan; inductions and toolbox talks.
• Manage access, staging, noise and residents in an occupied environment while works proceed.
• Formulate and manage site programme, monitor progress against it and update project team.
• Liaise with statutory bodies and manage documentation and notifications.
