Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s team in Adelaide, Australia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will lead a team to complete projects on time and within budget, liaising with clients, architects, and engineers while maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or new build projects.
• Tier 2 experience is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the site operations run smoothly, from managing subcontractors to ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your ability to lead and motivate a team will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary package: The salary on offer is between $155k package - $190k package for a Site Manager with 5 years experience. If you're a Senior Site Manager, up to $210k package is on offer.
