Now Careers is seeking skilled Contract Site Managers for multiple short-term assignments in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and drive project programmes to meet timelines across commercial, retail fitout and new build projects.

The role requires QBCC supervision licensing, First Aid certification, and strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid grasp of construction safety practices.

Qualifications

• QBCC Supervisor Licence is required.
• Current First Aid Certificate is required.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety requirements.
• Proven experience managing commercial, retail fitout and/or new build projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

With numerous projects commencing over the coming weeks and months, we are looking to connect with Site Managers who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish.

The Role

• Coordinate and manage daily site activities
• Drive programme delivery and maintain project timelines
• Manage subcontractors and site resources
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company standards
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
• Maintain quality standards throughout project delivery
