Job summary

PeopleIN in Australia is seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at Davenport. You will be responsible for people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warnings and termination letters, and driving employee retention.

You will handle payroll reconciliations for timesheets, coordinate Pacific Labour Scheme worker mobilisation, arrange transport to clinics for incidents, generate VEVO check reports, and oversee both client and employee management, along with attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and teams.
• Administration/HR/payroll experience desirable.
• Driver's licence and vehicle required.
• Willing to obtain Police Check and be vaccinated against COVID-19 and Q Fever.

You will also:

• Have experience managing people and teams
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable
• Have a Drivers licence and vehicle
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check
• Be vaccinated against against COVID-19
• Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever
