Job summary

PeopleIN in Australia is seeking a Site Manager to work onsite at a client location in Charleville. You will lead the site, oversee people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks, and retention while coordinating payroll reconciliations and timesheet processes.

Responsibilities include mobilising Pacific Labour Scheme workers, transporting staff to clinics after incidents, producing VEVO reports, and managing client and employee relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and teams.
• Administration/HR/payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Have a Drivers licence and vehicle.
• Be willing to obtain a Police Check.
• Be willing and able to be vaccinated against QFever.

Responsibilities

• On onboarding, probationary checks and discussions, issuing warning and termination letters, and employee retention.
• Payroll reconciliations regarding timesheet management.
• PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) worker mobilisation.
• Transporting employees to clinics, in the case of an incident.
• Reports for VEVO checks.
• Management of clients and employees.
• Attendance management.
