Job summary

Supaloc, part of the NEX Building Group, is seeking a Site Manager to lead the installation of steel framing on residential client sites across Central Adelaide. You will ensure safe, efficient deliveries, supervise labour, and mentor trades in Lean principles while coordinating with site supervisors for timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong carpentry experience, excellent communication skills, and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in frame carpentry, ideally within steel framing or residential construction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Ability to complete inspection checklists according to technical design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of Supaloc frames on client sites.
• Manage site activity and labour during frame installation for efficient project delivery.
• Mentor trades in Lean Principles and support ongoing training across the trade base.
• Conduct site and quality inspections and manage non-conformances through to close out.
