Job summary

• Minimum 1 year experience as Building Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of building and construction site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily construction activities and material deliveries.
• Supervise site employees, rigging crews, subcontractors and trades.
• Interpret drawings and specifications and communicate requirements to teams.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, standards and project specs.
• Enforce health and safety procedures, inductions and risk controls.
• Coordinate labour, cranes, access equipment and deliveries with project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks, arranging corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site records and monitor progress against schedules.
