Job summary

Supaloc is expanding its Chinderah factory and seeks production workers to assemble steel framing components. You will operate hand and power tools, read basic drawings, and work on high-volume daily tasks with a focus on safety and quality.

Role is a full-time day shift from 6:00am to 2:06pm, with potential overtime on Saturdays; training provided during initial period, and uniforms + safety gear supplied. Join a team focused on reliability and building Australian homes.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and power tools; training provided.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings or framing plans.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive work.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (38 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists per drafting plans.
• Safely use power and hand tools to build to high quality standards.
• Read basic drawings and framing plans.
• Perform manual handling and two-person lifts; keep area tidy and safe.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
