Job summary

SHAPE is seeking a Site Manager in Adelaide to lead day-to-day site delivery across commercial fitouts and live-environment projects. You will coordinate trades, manage the programme and uphold safety, quality, and clear communication with the Project Manager and project team.

You bring proven leadership on-site, the ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation, and a collaborative approach to working with subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Site leadership for commercial fitout projects.
• Experience with live-environment projects.
• Ability to read drawings and construction documents.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and coordination.
