Qualifications

• Extensive Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued at $30M+.
• Experience leading large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, services and finishes.
• Strong programming, planning and site coordination capability.
• A trade background, ideally carpentry, will be highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to safety, quality and project delivery.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for site delivery, providing leadership across the project team and subcontractor base to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial objectives.
