Job summary

Design & Build is seeking a Site Manager in Adelaide to lead projects from inception to finish. You will manage commercial, industrial and residential works, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive safety and quality on site.

We value 2–5 years of Site Manager experience with a background in carpentry, joinery or shopfitting, and a collaborative, communicative approach within a tight-knit team. You’ll report to senior management and help uphold our strong project delivery culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years Site Manager experience.
• Direct experience with a commercial construction Head Contractor.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects from inception to finish essential.
• Background in carpentry, joinery, or shopfitting highly desired.

Our client is a proven and hugely successful builder having delivered a vast number of projects throughout their trading history in Adelaide to time and standard.

Cultivating a reputation for quality, this builder strives to achieve client satisfaction time after time. Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, industrial, & commercial projects valued between $2m - $20m.

To be considered for the position of Site Manager we are looking for the following:

• 2-5 years Site Manager experience
