Job summary

Redpath Partners Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule and budget are met while upholding quality.

You will oversee on-site teams and subcontractors, collaborate with the Project Manager, and drive a culture of accountability and high performance. The role offers exposure to significant SA projects and a clear path to progression within a growing, SA-owned business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial construction experience.
• Strong track record delivering commercial new build and/or fit‑out/refurbishment projects above the value of $50M.
• Experience managing complex projects from commencement through to completion.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations and quality standards.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentum.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to contribute to the broader success of the business.

As a result, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the business in what will be a significant appointment for the organisation.

The Opportunity

As the Site Manager, you will take a lead role in overseeing the delivery of commercial new build projects from commencement through to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. About You

We are looking for an established Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background and the leadership capability to take ownership of significant projects. To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ commercial construction experience
