Job summary

Westcon Site Management is seeking a hands-on Foreman/Supervisor to lead day-to-day construction activities in Townsville, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate subcontractors, materials and trades, while partnering with the Project Manager and Construction Manager to deliver high-standard projects on time.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, a trade certificate and a Site Supervisor Licence, plus strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction.
• Relevant Trade Certificate and Site Supervisor Licence.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate trades and maintain project timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries to meet construction programs.

• Complete and maintain all required site-based documentation, records and reports.
• Assist with planning, sequencing and programming of works.
