Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking two experienced Site Managers for a commercial fit-out contractor in Sydney. You will lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety.

Projects range across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and CBD with values around $1M, programs through to year-end; this on-site role emphasises quality, safety, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics effectively.
• A professional approach and strong attention to detail.
• Current First Aid certification - essential.
• Valid White Card and relevant site tickets.

Job description

We are currently working with an established commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to secure 2x experienced Site Managers for upcoming projects across Sydney.

With multiple projects commencing over the coming weeks, this is a great opportunity for Site Managers looking for their next contract and the chance to deliver high-quality commercial spaces for reputable clients.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Projects will include office and consultancy fit outs within both Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and CBD, with values of approximately $1M and programmes running through to the end of the year.

The successful Site Managers will be involved in:

• Managing the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
• Coordinating trades, deliveries and site logistics.
