W3Global is seeking an experienced Site Manager for premium on-site leadership on high-end residential or commercial builds. You will oversee trades, coordinate designs with architects and engineers, and ensure projects run to schedule while upholding exacting finishes.

You will manage logistics, materials, and safety with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders to maintain momentum and quality across all works.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with consultants, including architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Programme and sequence trades to maintain efficient workflow.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment procurement.
• Proactively resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily site records.
• Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, Australian Standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade background (Cert III in Carpentry preferred) or
