Job summary

Western Projects is seeking an experienced Site Manager to own medium-sized commercial construction projects. You will coordinate trades, drive program and budget outcomes, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and presentation on site.

The role requires strong communication skills, a solid trade background, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, with prior management and documentation experience valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising commercial projects.
• Strong construction knowledge and trade background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt on site.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
• Previous management and documentation experience.

Western Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of medium-sized commercial construction projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, driving program and budget outcomes, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality and presentation on site.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising commercial projects
• Strong construction knowledge and trade background
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail
• Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges on site
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project etc.)
• Previous management and documentation experience
