Head Of Construction, Vic is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead large commercial fit-out projects with autonomy. You will own site operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with Project Directors and Managers to deliver on time and to budget.

The role requires proven experience in office fit-outs, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality. The successful candidate will thrive in a trusted, high-performance culture and enjoy support, training, and a robust project
