Job summary

Burbank is hiring an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential homes across Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and the Western Growth Corridor. You’ll coordinate trades, manage materials, and ensure work is safe, on schedule and on budget.

This role requires strong communication, solid knowledge of building codes and OH&S, and a proven ability to lead site teams. A White Card and Driver’s Licence are required; Builder’s Licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing day-to-day delivery of residential builds.
• Strong trade coordination and site management capability.
• Familiarity with OH&S, building codes and QA checks.
• White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence are required.
• Builder’s Licence is desirable.
