Burbank is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential homes across Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and the Western Growth Corridor. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, materials, and QA checks while keeping clients informed throughout the build journey.

Ideal candidates bring residential construction experience, strong coordination skills, and a Building & Construction qualification.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience, especially volume building.
• Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage site operations.
• Qualification in Building & Construction required or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of new home builds, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate trades, manage materials, and complete QA checks.
• Keep clients informed throughout the build journey and maintain ClickHome updates.
