5AB Homes is seeking a Site Supervisor for Ballarat to plan, direct, and coordinate the construction of high-quality homes. You will oversee multiple sites, manage trades and timelines, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role requires a trade background, volume residential experience, and strong leadership. A competitive package with a vehicle and phone is offered to support success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction (preferred).
• Trade background with strong technical knowledge.
• Strong focus on quality control, process improvement, and performance management.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to integrate with company systems and procedures.

About the Role
