ADAS Solutions Australia, part of GPC Asia Pacific, seeks a Site Manager to oversee the Brisbane Calibration Centre in Eagle Farm. The role blends hands-on ADAS calibration and diagnostics with site operations, team support, and maintaining customer relationships.

You will lead daily activities, drive quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the centre while coordinating with local repair networks.

• Strong technical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot complex jobs.
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• Ability to balance technical delivery with operational and team oversight.
• Experience supporting or mentoring technicians.

What's the role?

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Brisbane Calibration Centre in Eagle Farm.

This hands‑on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair‑network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day‑to‑day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands‑on guidance.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer‑service expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
