Job summary

ADAS Solutions Australia is seeking aSite Manager for the Osborne Park Calibration Centre to oversee technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work, plus site operations and staff support.

You will lead day-to-day activities, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and manage relationships with local repair networks and customers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with a hands-on approach to development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve ADAS calibration and diagnostic issues.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technicians and staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with local repair networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work at the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex jobs and guide technicians through hands-on support when needed.
• Serve as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Monitor site performance against KPIs and customer-service targets, and maintain relationships with repair partners.

They support workshops and repairers with specialised technology, calibration, and technical services for modern vehicles.

What’s the role? Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Osborne Park Calibration Centre. This hands‑on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair‑network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day‑to‑day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained.

Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands‑on guidance.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer‑service expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
