ADAS Solutions Australia is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for the Brisbane Calibration Centre in Eagle Farm. The role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with site operations leadership, ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

You will oversee day-to-day activity, support technicians and staff, and drive performance against local targets while fostering strong relationships with the local repair network.

Role Overview

Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our Brisbane Calibration Centre in Eagle Farm. This hands-on role combines technical ADAS calibration and diagnostic work with responsibility for site operations, team support, and local repair-network relationships. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day activity at the centre while ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer service standards are maintained.

ADAS is looking for our next driven technician that brings a passionate, can-do attitude when connecting with customers, team members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Complete ADAS calibrations and diagnostic work within the Osborne Park Calibration Centre.
• Provide day-to-day support and oversight for local technicians and administrative staff.
• Lead complex or problematic jobs, ensuring quality outcomes and supporting technician development through hands-on guidance.
• Act as the primary local escalation point for technical and operational issues.
• Support site performance against local targets, KPIs, and customer-service expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships across the local repair network.
