Job summary

SHAPE is seeking a Site Manager in Adelaide to lead day-to-day site delivery across commercial fitouts and live-environment projects. You will coordinate trades, manage the programme and uphold safety, quality, and clear communication with the Project Manager and project team.

You bring proven leadership on-site, the ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation, and a collaborative approach to working with subcontractors to keep projects on track.

You'll play a key role in:

As a Site Manager, you'll lead day-to-day site delivery, coordinating trades, maintaining programme momentum and ensuring safety, quality and communication standards are consistently met. Working closely with the Project Manager and broader project team, you'll help deliver complex projects in live environments where attention to detail, planning and leadership make the difference.

What you'll bring

You're an experienced site leader who enjoys taking ownership of delivery on site and building strong working relationships with subcontractors and project teams. You're organised, safety-focused and confident coordinating multiple trades while keeping projects running smoothly.

• Construction industry experience including site management within commercial fitout
• Experience delivering projects typically between $700k-15M+
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Solid understanding of EHSQ principles and site safety practices
• A collaborative leadership style that builds strong relationships on site
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced project environments
