Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, monitor safety compliance and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, Tier 2 exposure, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Competitive salary package: The salary on offer is between $155k package - $190k package for a Site Manager with 5 years experience. If you\'re a Senior Site Manager, up to $210k package is on offer.
