Job summary

Trifecta Recruitment has partnered with a leading Australian commercial builder delivering fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across sectors up to $50M. They are expanding their Sydney operations and seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and drive project delivery from site.

You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality and program milestones are met while working closely with the Project Manager and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within Commercial Construction in Australia.
• Experience delivering Commercial fitout/refurbishment/new build projects $3M–$20M.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, program management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; build relationships with clients and consultants.
• Stable employment history; degree or trade in Construction Management is desirable.

Having recently expanded their presence in the Sydney market, they have quickly secured an impressive pipeline of work and are continuing to grow their local team. With a number of exciting projects either underway or due to commence shortly, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the business.

What You Need To Succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within Commercial Construction. Local Australian construction experience is essential.
• Experience delivering Commercial fitout, refurbishment or new build projects valued between $3M and $20M.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously from commencement through to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, program management and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Stable employment history and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
