Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Site Installation Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless site installations across multiple commercial building sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll visit sites to build rapport, check and measure, then coordinate subcontractors to install. You will maintain efficient workflows and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client and company satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site installations, ensuring all selected products meet compliance requirements and are fit for purpose.
• Build strong rapport with clients and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Conduct site visits, then effectively schedule production and manage subcontractors, promptly attending to any defects.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation activities end-to-end
• Ensure WHS and company standards are always adhered to.
• Maintain accurate and timely administrative records for all installations.
• Manage stock and fixings, ensuring readiness for installation dates.
• Actively contribute to improving efficiencies alongside the Installations Manager.
• Promote a positive team spirit and cultivate a culture of commitment, support, and professionalism.
