• Commercial construction background with multi-site coordination/management experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate sub-contractors.

• Experience in planning, scheduling, prioritising and documenting projects.
• Proactive, hands-on and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all site installations, ensuring products meet compliance and fit for purpose.
• Build rapport with clients and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Conduct site visits and schedule production, managing subcontractors and defects.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation activities end-to-end.
• Ensure WHS and company standards are adhered to.
• Maintain accurate administrative records for installations.
• Manage stock and fixings to be ready for installation dates.
• Contribute to improving efficiencies with the Installations Manager.
• Promote a positive team culture of commitment and professionalism.
