Job summary

Twentythree Projects in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Site Foreman to lead shopfitting projects from start to finish. You will supervise trades, coordinate deliveries and ensure work meets safety, quality and timeline expectations.

The role requires experience as a Site Installer/Foreman, the ability to travel and stay away as needed, and a strong work ethic. Join a practical team delivering standout fit-outs for diverse clients.

This role will be based in Queensland.

JOB ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day running of allocated projects; including installation of shopfronts, joinery, build works throughout fitout
• General Supervision of all Trades, Sub-Trades and personnel;
• Ensure that staff have an understanding of site project expectations;
• Recognise and communicate project issues as they are discovered;
• Document or draw up work instructions for workshop, as required;
• Provide feedback to staff regarding work performance / areas for further training;
• Procure minor materials, if required;
• Co-ordination of site deliveries;
• Enforce company standards and ensure any defects are rectified;
• Manage workload effectively;
• Communicate with client, office and other staff in an effective and timely manner.

PRE REQUISITS

• Experience as a Site Installer, Site Foreman and/or Site Superviser;
• Exposure to working with and constructing shopfront Bulkheads and Entries
• Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic;
• Ability and willingness to travel and live away for projects, as required;
• Strong understanding of WH&S;
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
• Attention to accuracy and detail;
• Strong planning and organisational abilities;
• Ability to lead and work alongside others;
• Ability to problem solve and deliver results;
• Professional and proactive outlook with a great work ethic;

MUST HAVES

• Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking / Joinery / Carpentry / Shopfitting;
• Current Driver’s License;
• OH&S White Card;
• Current First Aid and CPR Preferable but not essential
• EWP and Scissor Ticket Preferable but not essential
