Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking a proactive Site Management Controller to oversee financial analysis and reporting at the Harvey Fresh manufacturing sites, driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate weekly and monthly site results, provide insights to management, and lead budgeting, forecasting and costing activities to support strategic decisions. The role offers a pathway to develop CAPEX submissions within a global dairy leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of FMCG or Dairy related operations would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete site financial results on a weekly and monthly basis – Financial & Management.
• Assist Site Management with analysis, insights and explanation of monthly results.
• Measure KPIs.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Provide support on costing, including loss factors, BOMs and routings.
• Support the site management team to understand their key metrics, and how it impacts the financial bottom line.
• Act as a co-pilot to the Site Manager to drive continuous improvement.
• Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions.
