Job summary

Lactalis Australia invites applications for a Site Management Controller at Harvey Fresh in the South West region. You will oversee financial analysis, reporting and drive cost efficiency improvements across the site.

Key duties include weekly and monthly financial results, KPI measurement, budgeting and forecasting, costing support (loss factors, BOMs and routings) and CAPEX submissions. You will partner with site leadership to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG or Dairy operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete site financial results weekly and monthly.
• Assist site management with analysis and explanations of monthly results.
• Measure KPIs.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Support costing including loss factors, BOMs and routings.
• Help site management understand key metrics and impact on financials.

About our opportunity:

We have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Site Management Controller to join our Harvey Fresh manufacturing sites overseeing all aspects of financial analysis and reporting. Playing an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing Site financial results on a weekly and monthly basis - Financial & Management;
• Assisting Site Management with analysis, insights and explanation of monthly results;
• Measuring KPIs;
• Preparing budgets and forecasts;
• Providing support on costing, including loss factors, BOMs and routings;
• Supporting the site management team to understand their key metrics, and how it impacts the financial bottom line;
• Acting as a co-pilot to the Site Manager to drive continuous improvement;
• Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions.

About You

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
