Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking a Site Financial Controller for the Clarence Gardens site. You will report to the Site Manager with dotted line to the Financial Controller Liquids and oversee all accounting and reporting services.

You will collaborate with all departments to improve cost and efficiency, delivering financial analysis to support leadership decisions. Key duties include leading monthly reports, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability improvements through

Qualifications

Able to lead monthly financial reporting and provide performance insights.
Partner with site leaders to analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior year.
Develop and maintain financial forecasts, savings plans and budget processes.
Provide financial governance, KPI reporting and capital project evaluation.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly financial reporting with accurate results and insights.
Analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior year to identify risks and improvements.
Develop and maintain forecasts, savings plans and budgets with high accuracy.
Coordinate annual budget process and align cost drivers with operational plans.
Act as trusted financial partner to site leadership for decision-making and improvements.
Monitor site KPIs and translate data into financial insights.
