Job summary

Lactalis Australia is seeking an experienced Site Management Controller at Harvey Fresh manufacturing site to lead financial analysis and reporting, driving cost efficiency and improvements. You will oversee weekly and monthly results, KPIs, budgets and CAPEX submissions, partnering with site management to explain performance and steer financial outcomes.

You bring at least 3 years in a commercial role within manufacturing, strong forecasting skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial experience preferably with exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG or Dairy related operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completing Site financial results on a weekly and monthly basis – Financial & Management.
• Assisting Site Management with analysis, insights and explanation of monthly results.
• Measuring KPIs.
• Preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Providing support on costing, including loss factors, BOMs and routings.
• Supporting the site management team to understand their key metrics, and how it impacts the financial bottom line.
• Acting as a co-pilot to the Site Manager to drive continuous improvement.
• Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions.
