Lactalis Australia seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead our Lidcombe manufacturing operation, reporting to the Industrial Director, Beverages & Milk. You will drive performance across manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, and safety while delivering site financial objectives.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years' experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role within Dairy, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics.
• Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, mentoring and developing teams while driving accountability and performance.
• Proven experience managing operational budgets, cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and change management skills.
• Sound knowledge of food manufacturing compliance requirements, including GMP, HACCP, WHS and relevant regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable business outcomes.

• Champion the implementation of contemporary manufacturing practices, systems, and technologies to enhance site performance.
