You will work on day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, resolving technical issues and keeping the program on track, while gaining exposure to broader project management responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Site Engineer on Australian construction projects.
• Experience with Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments.
• Experience with projects valued at $50m+ is advantageous.
• Ability reading drawings and managing RFIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with site teams and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities, subcontractors and trade interfaces.
• Manage RFIs and review construction drawings; resolve technical queries.
• Work with Site Managers and Foremen to maintain program, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections, ITPs, QA documents, close-out of works.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Monitor construction progress and identify delays; implement practical solutions.
• Support procurement, material coordination and subcontractor package delivery.
• Take ownership of site issues and contribute to project delivery decisions.
