Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a high-rise residential project in Chatswood, Sydney. You will take ownership of structural and fitout packages, working with a high-performing site team on a $100M project.

Requirements: 2–4 years of Australian site experience, Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Eng or Construction Management. You will manage packages, QA, safety, procurement, and program execution to handover. Competitive salary of $110k-$130k plus Super.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the Australian market.
• Proven residential project delivery experience is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of structural and internal fitout trade packages.
• Quality assurance and ITP management across trades.
• Enforce safety standards and project compliance (NCC and Australian Standards).
• Assist with procurement, shop drawings, and RFIs with consultants.
• Monitor weekly site programs and coordinate subcontractors to meet milestones.
