Job description

A second-generation, family-owned Civil Construction business with a strong professional reputation in the industry and an exciting pipeline of projects is seeking a skilled and capable Site Engineer with previous roadworks and bulk earthworks experience to join our team.

A Civil Engineering Degree together with previous experience as a Site Engineer within the civil construction industry, is essential. We are looking for a Site Engineer who is ready to take ownership, contribute to successful project delivery and build their career within a supportive and professional organisation.

The Site Engineer is the support to the Project Manager and is in control of all project administrative related functions of the job, while working alongside the Site Supervisor with respect to interpreting technical specifications of the project.

The Site Engineer will demonstrate knowledge and practical application of Work Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Quality Systems. The role will provide opportunities to take responsibility for key components across varied projects ranging from working on large-scale TfNSW projects through to smaller industrial subdivisions. Site engineers are required to understand the different needs projects have.

The Site Engineer will assist with monitoring and reporting cost of construction activities tracking they do not exceed the estimated expenses of the project budget against the project program milestones.
