Job summary

CPB Contractors, a CIMIC Group construction company, is seeking experienced Site Engineers to join a major infrastructure project in Australia. You will monitor the project plan, ensure upfront quality requirements, resolve engineering issues and drive a zero-harm safety culture on site.

Key responsibilities include assisting with subcontractor administration, recording quality inspections, coordinating with design and delivery teams, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply engineering principles to ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience in subcontractor management and supervision.
• Ability to liaise with design teams, construction delivery teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management with the ability to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project plan and ensure upfront quality requirements are in place.
• Resolve engineering issues and drive a zero-harm safety culture on site.
• Assist with administration of subcontractors and record quality inspections.
• Ensure technical matters with the project are compliant with requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams, construction delivery teams, and clients.
