Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a civil infrastructure project in the Blue Mountains with an ASAP start. This is a temporary/contract role initially for 6 months+, with strong potential for extension.

You will deliver day-to-day civil engineering on site, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with the team to meet program milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience as site engineer on civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, earthworks or similar).
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and QA processes.
• Experience with setout, survey equipment and reading civil drawings.
• Good communication and ability to work within a site team.
• Locally based or willing to travel to the Blue Mountains daily.
• Valid driver’s licence and White Card.

Our client, a well-established civil infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for an immediate start on a project based in the Blue Mountains. This is a temp/contract role initially for 6 months+, with strong potential for extension.

The Role

Working closely with the site team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering delivery of civil works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on program and to specification.
