Job summary

TradeConnex is seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Project Engineer to lead civil, infrastructure and structural projects from Sydney base. You will own contract administration, commercial management and client relationships while coordinating with site teams to deliver challenging works.

With a strong pipeline across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW, the role requires ownership of progress claims, variations and project reporting. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering civil, infrastructure, mining or structural construction projects.
• Strong contract administration and commercial management.
• Experience preparing progress claims, variations and project reporting.
• Knowledge of construction programming, temporary works designs and project controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

About You

You're a driven construction professional who takes ownership and delivers results. You will have:

• Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Experience preparing progress claims, variations and project reporting
• Knowledge of construction programming, temporary works designs and project controls

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering reinforced concrete structures
• Exposure to major infrastructure, transport or industrial projects
• Experience managing project budgets and forecasting
• Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects
