As a Site Engineer, you’ll support the Project Engineer and broader team by managing work packages and ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling construction activities
• Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring systems are accurately updated and reconciled in accordance with construction progress.
• Coordinating traffic management and council approvals
• Overseeing defect closure and site restoration
• Supporting procurement and financial reconciliation
• Participating in safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Driving continuous improvement through lessons learnt workshops

Are you our next Site Engineer?

• Civil Engineering Degree or Construction Management (with relevant experience also considered)
• Relevant experience in telecommunications or civil construction (Telco experience; Optus, Telstra, NBN highly regarded)
• Exposure to field operations and project coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and MS Project
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
