Job summary

Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Telecommunications team supporting the NBN Network to Premises (N2P) Project. Based in Mitchell, ACT, you'll contribute to delivering critical fibre network infrastructure alongside seasoned industry professionals.

You will coordinate milestones, validate designs, manage subcontractors, and prepare progress updates, while aligning with design, construction and field delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects across NBN, Telstra or carrier networks.
• Ability to interpret engineering, survey and construction drawings.
• Strong stakeholder management and subcontractor coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects to achieve delivery milestones and KPIs.
• Validate designs, surveys and construction documentation.
• Manage subcontractor activities and project progress updates.
• Support issue resolution across design, construction and field delivery.
• Coordinate material and logistics requirements for project delivery.
• Prepare project reports, schedules and stakeholder updates.
