Recruitment Specialist in Real Estate Sector

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Team with the administration of Retail Projects
• Handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
• Monitor on-site safety, quality of work progress and workmanship
• Liaise with clients, designers and sub-contractors
• Manage materials logistics and arrange the delivery of materials to site
• Attend regular site meetings and organize work as instructed by the project manager
• Coordinate with sub-contractors based on confirmed design information
• Night work may be required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fitting out / interior design / architecture or related field
• Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
• Site coordination experience is a plus
• Able to take meeting minutes in English
• Good command of English, proficiency in Cantonese or Putonghua is an advantage
• Highly proficient in managing documentation and all forms of correspondence
• Familiar with computing software (MS Office)
• Immediate available is preferred
