Job summary

Gamuda Australia is seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to join the Richmond Road Upgrade project. This hands-on, site-based role will supervise and coordinate structural construction activities, including the delivery of a new flyover bridge, working closely with Project Engineers, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in bridge construction or civil structures is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities, including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Plan and sequence works to support programme delivery, monitor progress.
• Ensure works are completed safely and to the required quality and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with Project Engineers, subcontractors and site teams to coordinate interfaces.
• Maintain site records and provide updates on progress, productivity and construction issues.
