Job summary

Gamuda Australia is seeking an experienced Supervisor for the Richmond Road Upgrade project in north-west Sydney. You will lead on-site civil works, coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to the required quality.

Working with Project Engineers and the broader team, you will plan sequence works, monitor progress, manage interfaces and maintain thorough site records to support programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Plan and sequence works to support the programme delivery.
