Job summary

Mineral Resources (MinRes) is seeking a Management Accountant for the Wodgina Lithium operation, a site-based role with a 4D3X roster, flying from Perth. You will prepare monthly reports, budgets and forecasts, and provide insights for profitability and efficiency.

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you’ll drive financial analysis and strategic decisions on site. You will partner with site leaders, lead variance analysis, and contribute to system improvements while ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CA preferred or in progress.
• Experience in management accounting or similar role.
• Experience in Resource or Industrial sector highly regarded.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/BI systems experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide insights into costs, margins, and financial drivers.
• Support decision-making with financial modelling and business cases.
• Contribute to system and process improvements across finance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
