Mineral Resources (MinRes) in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Resource Geologist to join our Exploration & Geology Technical Services team. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Geology, Earth Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years in mining with 5+ years in resource geology.
• Demonstrated understanding of mineral resource-estimation principles and practices.
• Experience developing and reporting resource models.
• Strong 3D geological-modelling capability with Vulcan and/or Leapfrog.
• Solid understanding of drilling-data QAQC principles.
• Experience using the acQuire geological database.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and safe execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate and document mineral resource estimates and resource models.
• Support delivery of short-term geological models with increased drilling and operational needs.
• Apply resource-estimation principles and geostatistical techniques across lithium, iron ore and other commodities.
• Conduct data analysis and ensure drilling, sampling and assay datasets meet QAQC standards.
• Use 3D modelling software to interpret data, build models and communicate outcomes.
• Clearly communicate resource results, uncertainty and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support resource-focused projects across multiple operating environments.
• Maintain high standards of safety, environmental responsibility and ethical reporting.
